A new Treasurer and Director of Operations

Press Release

St.Paul, Monday, January 15 : Marc Dumont, Superintendent of Conseil scolaire centre-Est (East Central Francophone Education), is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabelle Poulin as Treasurer and Director of Operations. Ms Poulin officially starts her position on January 22, 2018.

A native of St.Paul, Ms Poulin is keen to return to her home town to start a new professional adventure. She’s left her mark in the school environment where, for over twenty years, she has worked in administration. At the start of her career, Ms Poulin worked as a school secretary and since 2002, has worked in school transportation administration. In the last 8 years, she was particularly instrumental at the level of the logistics of school transportation for one of the biggest school boards of the province, Elk Island Public Schools.

Other than acquiring in-depth knowledge of school transportation management, her passage in different school settings has permitted her to develop a global vision of the needs and administrative issues a school board can experience.

“I feel blessed and happy to join a new team while having the opportunity to come back to St.Paul. I’m excited by this new challenge and am motivated by the idea of contributing to the development of Conseil scolaire Centre-Est. A go-getter in all the projects I undertake, I look forward to highlighting my knowledge and skills in order to provide the best operations management for the school board,” says Ms Poulin.

“We’re pleased to welcome Isabelle Poulin to our administrative team. Her appointment  is timely and we definitely count on her commitment, her determination and her competence at the administrative level so that we can maintain a high-quality service to all our school communities,” underlines Marc Dumont, Superintendent.
